Job Responsibilities:

• Gather proposals, blueprints/plans, specifications and related documents. 

• Attend pre-bid meetings, customer meetings. 

• Prepare estimates breakdown of labor and material costs pertaining to specified work scope. 

• Prepare written work scope and budget to discuss during project turn-over meeting once estimate is approved and ready for production. 

• Prepare submittals and change orders for Vice President of Industrial Coatings. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the coatings or construction industry. 

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft office, database and spreadsheet software. 

• Professional demeanor always. 

• Attention to detail and results oriented, excellent communication and sharp analytical skills. 

• Analyze blueprints and other documentation pertaining to work scope. 

• Online and/or digitizer takeoff skills preferred. 

• “Can do” attitude to work, grow a team and accomplish goals in a team environment. 

• Time management skills. 

• An understanding and interest in commercial, Industrial, Water treatment Plant, and more.
